SHOT BEVERAGES
Choose the bar plan that suits your needs and budget. Then combine it with our Pool and Games Package and some of Herbert’s delicious appetizers or entrees for an extraordinary event. Payment on consumption and cash & carry are also available.
Bar Plans
Beverages on each plan can be purchased either as an open bar or on a per drink basis. Open bars include an unlimited quantity of the beverages included on the plan for a set number of hours. A per drink package includes a set number of drinks per guest from the guest’s choice of any beverages on the plan.
CONSUMPTION
Client
pays the house rate on all beverages that are consumed by the guests.
A running tab of the beverages served is kept by the staff, and the
client is responsible for payment in full of the total amount at the end
of the event. The client may
set a certain total monetary amount that is designated specifically for
beverage consumption or may specify which types of beverages the guests
attending may be served.
Cash & Carry
All guests
attending the event are responsible for paying for their own beverages.
Each guest pays the house rate on all beverages that they consume.
All parties are
subject to a 18% service charge & a 7% sales tax on Food &
Beverages.
